Position: Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions

  1. Receive inbound orders into WMS, including spring water, resin, materials, and deliveries.
  2. Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
  3. Consolidate finished goods storage and identify quality issues.
  4. Validate SKUs in WMS and correct LGV alarms.
  5. Unload and stage finished goods and raw materials using a forklift.
  6. Maintain pallet storage and correct spills.
  7. Pull pallets from production and supply non-inventory items.
  8. Operate forklift when needed and facilitate logistics flow.
  9. Inspect trailers, check trucks, and provide loading documentation.
  10. Maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
  11. Participate in process improvements and ensure safety and cleanliness.
  12. Ensure timely communication and coordination with transportation and production teams.
