The Position:

The Warehouse Associate will assist with all aspects of Supply Chain Operations. This role includes purchasing, receiving, storing, shipping, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assist with monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
• Conduct cycle counts
• Review quality of purchased products
• Sort, label, and store items in designated locations
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
• Assist with picking and filling orders
• Leads by example in all aspects of HSE performance and strives to improve TRIR at the Mobile Facility
• Works closely with the supervisor in gathering information and tracking progress against approved milestones and KPIs
• Identifies processes that can improve efficiency and act as a change agent for them
• Support proposal and production teams
• Maintain and improve/enhance Monday.com communications tracking boards

What You Bring:

• 2+ years warehouse/purchasing experience in manufacturing preferred
• Thorough understanding of Supply Chain procedures
• Hands-on experience with computer software
• Strong business development skills including ability to improve efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing
• Good understanding of safety requirements and OSHA
• Demonstrates professionalism and integrity in all interactions
• Ability to influence and work well with all internal & external stakeholders
• Sense of urgency and self-initiative, and the personal drive for success
• Must be able to travel as required (estimated: less than 10%)

Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing environment, exposure to noise, chemicals, production hazards
• Computer usage, sitting, use of screens
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, hearing protection and protective footwear as required
• Need to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, for periods of time, lift 25-50lbs regularly
