ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse lead to join their operations in Bolingbrook, IL. The role involves assigning work, supervising staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of warehouse experience, prior leadership experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and is available for Tuesday–Saturday 6am–2:30pm shifts. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse lead to join their team. As a Warehouse lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse lead

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Rate: $21

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm
