Job summary

Ontivity Llc is seeking a warehouse operative in Idaho to organize, load and unload shipments, and deliver materials to job-sites. Role may require 2–3 days of travel. You will perform basic preventive maintenance on trucks and equipment, maintain the warehouse, and ensure safety and proper PPE usage.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to obtain a DOT physical, and ideally CDL Class A. Fork-lift/skid steer certification is a plus, with a wage range of $19–$25 per hour DOE

Qualifications

  • Must have valid Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT physical certification.
  • CDL Class A certification a plus.
  • Must pass background check/MVR/drug screen for government security clearances.
  • Certified in fork-lift and skid steer operations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively.
  • Mechanically inclined and able to learn quickly.
  • Willing to travel to support different job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise and loading and unloading shipments.
  • Deliver materials to job-sites (may require travel 2–3 days).
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, equipment, and grounds.
  • Clean, organize and maintain the warehouse.
  • Inventory all tools and equipment supplied to employees and crews.
  • Care for vehicles, cleaning them and driving them responsibly.
  • Follow all safety guidelines identified in the safety manual.
  • Perform tasks to manufacturer standards.
  • Work safely and efficiently, using appropriate PPE.
  • Learn basic knot tying and safe rigging for loading materials.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
  • Organizing merchandise and loading and unloading shipments.
  • Deliver materials to Job-sites on an as needed basis (may require travel of 2-3 days)
  • Perform Basic Preventive Maintenance on Trucks, Trailers, Equipment, and Grounds.
  • Responsible for cleaning, organizing and maintaining the warehouse.
  • Inventory all tools and equipment supplied to employee and crews
  • Care of vehicles, cleaning them regularly and driving them responsibly
  • Follow all safety guidelines identified in company safety manual
  • Perform all job tasks to manufacturers standards
  • Perform all work safely and efficiently/always utilize correct PPE
  • Learn basic knot tying and safe rigging principles required to load material on trailers
  • Must have valid Drivers License and the ability to obtain a DOT physical certification. CDL Class A certification a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check/MVR/drug screen for government security clearances
  • Must have complete knowledge on use and care of basic hand and power tools
