Work Model: Onsite
Work Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, with some overtime required as scheduled. Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends, is required as necessary.

The Warehouse Operator I is responsible for safely managing warehouse inventory through receiving, shipping, and material movement processes. This role supports the safe and efficient movement of products using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other applicable equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and following established warehouse procedures.
We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Warehouse Operator I who can support daily warehouse operations, accurately handle inventory, safely operate equipment, and maintain a high standard of productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety.
Receive products via railcar and truckload, including scanning and placing products in the warehouse.
Pick orders, including staging and scanning.
Load materials into outbound trailers and complete trailer inspections.
Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations.
Record and submit product location changes and movements using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
Ensure inventory and materials are stored safely and properly.
Operate forklifts, remote-controlled cranes, and other applicable equipment to safely move products.
Operate track mobile equipment to maneuver railcars in and out of the building.
Scan products into and out of the Abecas system using the barcoding system when required.
Conduct regular and routine equipment inspections and monitor fluid levels to support safe operation.
Complete assigned daily building checklists.
Forward required paperwork to the office for processing in a timely manner.
Follow OSHA requirements, company safety guidelines, warehouse SOPs, and procedures.
Wear and maintain personal protective equipment in accordance with company policy and applicable safety requirements.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including cleaning and maintaining forklift equipment.
Follow proper warning signals and safe operating procedures when using equipment.
Immediately communicate incidents, accidents, damages, or claims to management.
Participate in meetings, cross-training, development programs, and certification opportunities as required.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and environment is required.
Previous experience in the transportation or warehousing industry is preferred.
Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, track mobile equipment, and handheld RFID scanners is preferred.
Strong commitment to safety, security, and following established procedures.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Resourceful and able to take initiative.
Reliable, punctual, and personally accountable for quality and productivity.
This position involves both indoor and outdoor work and may include exposure to changing weather conditions, dust, loud noise, heat, cold, wind, moving machinery, vehicles, equipment, fumes, gases, petroleum products, chemicals, fire and electrical hazards, and confined spaces.
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, balance, push, pull, lift, and carry materials. The position has a Medium Physical Strength Rating, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10–20 pounds frequently. The ability to operate a motor vehicle and forklift for extended periods is also required.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.
