Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in receiving, processing, and moving materials throughout the facility. This position focuses on picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while performing repetitive heavy lifting and maintaining a clean, organized work area in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and move incoming merchandise within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise, including souvenirs, pins, backpacks, and other retail items, for shipment.
• Package products securely and accurately to meet shipping and quality standards.
• Label, sort, and organize products to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and staging products for outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines while handling materials.
• Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a warehouse or production environment.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
