Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Member at our Maryland Heights, MO distribution center. You will unload, pick and load products to support Chick-fil-A restaurants, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 65 pounds per case, occasional moves up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and exposure to extreme temperatures. A 4-day, 10-hour schedule is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

$21.75 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe
• Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds
• Education: High School DiplomaorGED
• Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English(reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding andsafely followingverbal instructions, completingdocumentation andwork responsibilities, and accurately readingand interpretingcompany communications and policieslike safety procedures, training, and tests.

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
