Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for our Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center in Weston, FL. You will unload, pick, and load products to support Chick-fil-A restaurants, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as required.

The role requires handling extreme temperatures, lifting heavy cases, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse while communicating with the team. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Able to reach, bend, and lift up to 65 pounds per case; may move up to 2,000 pounds with assistance.
• Work rotating through extreme temperatures to keep food safe.

Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center located in Weston, FL. Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done: 4-Day Workweek (4 10 hour days) The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Starting at $21.25 per hour

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
