Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support unloading, picking and loading of products at the St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliable daily operations within a fast-paced food distribution environment.

The schedule is Monday through Saturday, four 10-hour days, with weekend/holiday flexibility. Competitive hourly pay and substantial benefits are provided to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
