Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply Mebane is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to unload, pick and load products at the distribution center. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and support efficient inventory flow to back our CFA restaurants.

The role requires lifting up to 65 pounds, working in rotating shifts, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. A 4-day, 10-hour schedule is common with occasional weekend/holiday coverage, and pay is $20.75 per hour with full

Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Mebane Distribution Center. Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday OR Wednesday through Saturday from 7 AM - 5:30 PM or until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests.

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
