Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to unload, pick, and load products at the St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights.

The role follows a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with shifts that may include weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment. The position pays $21.75 per hour with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health insurance options, retirement match, and education benefits.

Qualifications

Extreme Temperature: rotation through –10F to 100F to keep food safe.
Heavy Weights: lift up to 65 pounds per case, up to 2000 pounds with assistance.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow instructions and interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage.

Responsibilities

Unload, staging, picking and loading products.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Communicate clearly with team and adapt to shifting schedules.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Schedule

Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM until the work is done:

4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Location: 13965 Riverport Place, Maryland Heights, MO 63043

Pay: $21.75 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products
Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe
Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with
Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications
