Overview

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Cleveland Distribution Center located in Bedford Heights, OH. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM until the work is done. The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Pay

$21.25 per hour

Efficiency and organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
Safety first: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

Extreme temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10°F to 100°F) is required to keep our food safe.
Heavy weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
