Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply in Bedford Heights, OH is hiring a Warehouse Team Member to unload, pick and load product at the Cleveland Distribution Center. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00AM - 5:30PM, subject to workload.

You will lift up to 65 pounds, operate forklifts, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe. Weekly pay is $21.25 per hour with extensive benefits including meals, PTO, medical options, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 65 pounds per case; may move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance.
• Work in extreme temperatures (-10F to 100F); freezer shifts 1–2 per week.
• Able to understand and communicate in English to perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stage, pick and load products to ensure warehouse efficiency.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support care and efficiency.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe! Will work in freezer environment 1-2 shifts per week.
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
