Chick-fil-A Supply, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Team Member at the Cleveland Distribution Center in Bedford Heights, OH. You will unload, pick and load products, contributing to efficient restaurant supply chains and a culture of care.

Expect to work in a variety of temperatures, with equipment like forklifts, and to follow safety procedures while maintaining organization and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

Extreme temperatures: work in freezer environments 1–2 shifts per week.
Lift up to 65 pounds per case; occasional up to 2,000 pounds with assistance.
High School Diploma or GED required.
English reading, writing and speaking sufficient to perform duties.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe! Will work in freezer environment 1-2 shifts per week.
Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests
