Job summary

Randstad USA is recruiting for a General Warehouse Associate in Lynn, MA for a full-time permanent role with our manufacturing client that designs and produces darts and dartboards.

You will pick and pack outbound orders, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, handle loading/unloading, and maintain ERP updates. Requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years warehouse experience, and good communication. Salary is $45,760–$47,840 per year; shift is First, 7:30 AM–4 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous warehouse experience including shipping, receiving and/or logistics.
• Experience operating forklifts and manual pallet jacks.
• SAP or ERP systems experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time.
• Clear communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a deadline-driven envrionment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack all outbound orders accurately and efficiently that may include customer specific packing/labeling requirements.
• Securely strap, wrap, and prepare palletized shipments.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Sort, label and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Physically replenishing pick locations and reporting product movement to ERP system.
• Performing cycle count functions through product count and verification within the warehouse.
• Securely strap, wrap, and prepare palletized shipments.
• Operating sit-down forklifts and manual pallet jacks.
