Job summary

Randstad USA in Leominster, MA is seeking a production-oriented associate to perform high-speed assembly, packaging, and sorting on a continuous production line. You will work quickly and accurately to meet daily quotas and line speed, using basic hand tools and automated equipment as needed.

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.
