Job summary

Confidential Employer in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations, be dependable and detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 pounds while standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse & distribution operations.
• Proven forklift operating experience required.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks and place them in designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Transport products, materials, and inventory to assigned warehouse locations.
• Identify and report damaged goods, inventory shortages, and quality concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, shipment documentation, and activity logs.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Position Overview:

A growing distribution and logistics company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities. This individual will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, moved, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

• Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
