Advantage Technical is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fitchburg, MA

Advantage Technical is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer to find a driven Warehouse Associate in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The role involves operating a forklift safely to transport, store, and organize finished products and materials, along with light housekeeping and inventory tasks in accordance with warehouse procedures. Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $22/hr plus a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift
• Schedule: 3-11 pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to designated areas.
2. Load empty pallets and plastic storage flats for return to manufacturing.
3. Tag full pallets accurately and communicate with warehouse and production supervisors daily.
4. Receive and store incoming items following established procedures.
5. Maintain an organized and safe storage area, including handling of returned products.
6. Keep the yard and warehouse clean and orderly.
7. Complete daily pre-trip inspection checklists and ensure timely reloading of route trucks.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
