Job summary

A-B Distributors in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role requires rotating stock, packing damaged items, building pallets, and helping inbound/outbound trucking while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Typical duties include inventory counts, attending meetings, and lifting up to 50 lbs with PPE as needed. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse, distribution or beverage industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack etc.)

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring products are accurately stored and prepared for delivery. This position is responsible for general and miscellaneous duties around the warehouse to support overall efficiency, cleanliness and safety.

This position is Monday through Friday and approximately 8am-5pm.

Physical Demands

This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products ranging from 25 to 170 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position. Position requires wearing steel-toed footwear.
