Qualifications

Job Duties

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming freight
• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for UPS and LTL shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist walk-in customers and take orders in person or over the phone
• Process customer and vendor returns
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Pick up materials from local vendors as needed
• Learn industry-specific warehouse tasks, including cutting wire and material handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
• Work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including hot and cold temperatures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
