Job summary

CGC Home Services, a high-growth plumbing and water treatment company serving Howell, Michigan, seeks a Warehouse Associate to support technicians and operations. You’ll pull and stage customer equipment, process orders, and manage shipping/receiving while maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Prior inventory experience and counting accuracy are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse to support service technicians and loading activities.
• Move customer equipment for installs and prepare for next-day work.
• Process orders and manage shipping/receiving duties.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse space and inventory counts.
• Operate forklift to move goods within the warehouse.
• Assist in storefront operations by handling customer orders and vehicle loading.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate

Helping load our service technician team

Pulling of customer equipment per jobs to be ready for installs the next day

Processing customer orders and managing shipping and receiving duties

Focus on inventory, maintaining parts and equipment

Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse space

Operating forklift to facilitate movement of goods within the warehouse

Prepare parcels for mailing

Help maintain company fleet and grounds of the property

Fill in to run storefront by interacting with customers to process their orders and loading up their vehicles

Skills and Experience we are looking for:
