Job summary

CGC Home Services in Howell, MI is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will manage parts and equipment, assist the service technician crew, and prepare orders for installs with a focus on accuracy and speed.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, operate a forklift, handle shipping/receiving, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while interacting with customers and field staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Inventory experience and counting accuracy required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, parts and equipment.
• Assist service technician team with loading and unloading.
• Pull customer equipment for upcoming installs the next day.
• Process customer orders and handle shipping/receiving duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and workspace.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Associate

• Focus on inventory, maintaining parts and equipment
• Helping load our service technician team
• Pulling of customer equipment per jobs to be ready for installs the next day
• Processing customer orders and managing shipping and receiving duties
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse space
• Operating forklift to facilitate movement of goods within the warehouse
• Prepare parcels for mailing
• Help maintain company fleet and grounds of the property
• Fill in to run storefront by interacting with customers to process their orders and loading up their vehicles
