Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Hickory, NC to support loading, unloading, picking, sorting, palletizing and other duties in a fast-paced environment. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM until work is finished; expect physical work and lifting 25–75 lbs, with prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.

• Energetic, hard-working candidate in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs with varying material handling.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as part of daily warehouse tasks.
• Select items for shipment and verify order accuracy.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and keep work areas clean.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
