Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Salisbury, NC to perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and housekeeping. The schedule runs 8:00 AM to finish and is set at hire.

You should be a high-energy, physical worker who can lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and clear opportunities for advancement.

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Select items, palletize, and perform basic auditing and repacking tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist with housekeeping as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
