Capstone in North Hampton, PA is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. You will load, unload, pick, and palletize shipments and contribute to site operations.

This role is physical, requiring lifting 25-75 lbs, with shifts starting at 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Capstone offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and a track record of promoting from within.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Select, palletize, and sort items; assist with audits and repacking as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow site leadership instructions.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
