Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Florida (Medley). Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM start time, finish at the end of the shift. Position features a fast-paced, physical workload including lifting 25–75 lbs and involvement across multiple warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, auditing, repacking, sorting and palletizing, with paid training and safety incentives. Capstone offers weekly pay, travel opportunities across sites, and clear paths for career growth.

Qualifications

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload, select, freight haul, audit, repack and sort.
• Palletize, clean up and assist site leadership as needed.
