Responsibilities

• Stack and stage materials, and support cycle counts as needed.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 1:55 pm to 10:10 pm

$100 weekly perfect attendance bonus

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Florence where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Support processors and pre-weighers by supplying materials as needed
• Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment
• Wash and sanitize 55-gallon drums
• Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
• Must have Stand-Up Forklift experience and be able to pass a forklift assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Must be able to pass medical surveillance testing.
