Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Support role in Grove Center, KS. The position runs Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, updating inventory records, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and less than 2 years of related experience. CSCP certification is preferred, with emphasis on safe material handling and adherence to warehouse

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Abilities

• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
