Cencora is hiring for a warehouse support role supporting MWI Animal Health operations. The position focuses on monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, maintaining traceability, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Applicants should have a HS diploma, up to 2 years of related experience, and CSCP certification is preferred. The role is on-site with pay starting at $19/hour and potential up to $22/hour with incentives.

This role is in support of Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.

Shift Details

Monday 9am to finish | Tuesdys. Wednesday. Thursday. 10am-8:30 to finish

Pay Details

Pay Details: Pay starting at $19 per hour with potential for up to $22.00 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
