• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.

High School Diploma/GED

or equivalent experience required.Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.

Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data with accuracy.Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
