Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate at Northern Illinois Food Bank

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference? Northern Illinois Food Bank is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our mission of ending hunger in Northern Illinois. This full-time role is based at our West Suburban Center in Geneva and involves fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Flexibility to switch between driving and warehouse duties is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food product availability in designated areas.
• Accurately pull agency orders according to schedules.
• Keep the distribution center clean and organized.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and placing products appropriately.
• Handle necessary paperwork.
• Conduct safety inspections of lift trucks daily and report issues.
• Support product processing and inventory management.
• Ensure facilities are clean and adhere to food safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
