Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for following established procedures while carrying out various functions as assigned, reflecting the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay Rate

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Pay rate is dependent upon education and experience

Essential Functions

• Process customer and shop credits
• Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and safe
• Check orders for accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse/parts goals
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Schedule pickups via calls
• Interface with internal and external customers
• Pull and deliver parts according to orders
• Identify delivery methods and pack parts accordingly
• Prepare freight for delivery and complete shipping paperwork
• Receive shipments and verify accuracy
• Inventory and shelve parts
• Fill emergency back orders and deliver as needed
• Drive parts to designated locations as needed
• Operate a forklift
• Assemble hoses as a secondary task
• Conduct core inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Familiarity with light industrial equipment

Additional Requirements

• Motor vehicle license

Physical Demands & Competencies

• Standing, walking, talking, using hands, hearing, squatting/kneeling
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
• Lift/move objects up to 94 pounds
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Operate a motor vehicle
• Basic computer skills
