Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing site. You will handle daily receiving and shipping, verify material details, and issue materials per requisitions while maintaining FIFO, 5S and safety standards.

The Requirements include a high school diploma or vocational training, 1+ year warehouse experience, and proficiency with Office apps and ERP systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Office applications and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily receiving and shipping of raw materials, auxiliary materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Verify material names, specifications, quantities, and quality status per inbound procedures; complete system registration.
• Prepare and issue materials accurately per requisition/outbound orders; enforce FIFO management.
• Manage material shelving, placement, and labeling; keep warehouse locations clean and organized.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure system-physical consistency.
• Maintain 5S and fire safety standards in warehouse areas.
