Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL, is seeking a Warehouse Section Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations for raw materials, WIP and finished goods. You will implement SOPs, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure material readiness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field with 3+ years of manufacturing warehouse management experience, and strong data analysis and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/Yonyou) and WMS operations.
• Strong data analysis and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse team operations, overseeing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods warehouses
• Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and SOPs, ensuring accuracy of records, physical inventory, and cards
• Plan warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material turnover efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure material readiness
• Organize periodic inventory counts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain and control data integrity in ERP/WMS systems

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Warehouse Section Leader

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse team operations, overseeing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods warehouses
• Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and SOPs, ensuring accuracy of records, physical inventory, and cards
• Plan warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material turnover efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure material readiness
• Organize periodic inventory counts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain and control data integrity in ERP/WMS systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields
• 3+ years of manufacturing warehouse management experience; background in energy storage container, or metal welding industry preferred
• Familiar with ERP (SAP/Yonyou, etc.) and WMS system operations
• Strong data analysis and team management capabilities
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
