Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse team operations including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and SOPs with accuracy of records.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning.
• Organize periodic inventory counts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and control data integrity in ERP/WMS systems.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Warehouse Section Leader

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse team operations, overseeing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods warehouses
• Develop and optimize warehouse management systems and SOPs, ensuring accuracy of records, physical inventory, and cards
• Plan warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material turnover efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production planning to ensure material readiness
• Organize periodic inventory counts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions
• Maintain and control data integrity in ERP/WMS systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields
• 3+ years of manufacturing warehouse management experience; background in energy storage container, or metal welding industry preferred
• Familiar with ERP (SAP/Yonyou, etc.) and WMS system operations
• Strong data analysis and team management capabilities
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
