Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team. The role offers full-time hours with hourly pay between $18 and $23.

The responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing 5S and safety standards in the warehouse. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of warehouse experience are required, plus familiarity with Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Vocational school or high school diploma or above.
• 1+ years of warehouse management experience; manufacturing warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Office applications; ERP system experience preferred.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, hardworking, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily receiving and shipping of raw materials, auxiliary materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Verify material names, specifications, quantities, and quality status per inbound procedures; complete system registration
• Prepare and issue materials accurately per requisition/outbound orders; enforce FIFO management
• Manage material shelving, placement, and labeling; keep warehouse locations clean and organized
• Participate in periodic inventory counts to ensure system-physical consistency
• Maintain 5S and fire safety standards in warehouse areas
