Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support kitting, stocking, loading, and inspecting orders in a fast-paced facility in Fort Myers, FL. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include picking, kitting, stock control using handheld scanners, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, loading/unloading, assisting with deliveries, maintaining a safe work area, and supporting cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift experience (certification preferred).
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and climb ladders (up to 15 ft).
• Strong attendance and work ethic.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
