Job summary

The Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a General Assembler in Nashville, TN to join our regular employee, hourly non-exempt team. The position pays $19.00 per hour and focuses on assembling truck body parts and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include rotating between tasks, supporting teammates, and contributing to 5S and Lean-based improvements while maintaining clean work areas and a strong safety mindset.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools
• Follow quality, safety, and performance standards across workstations

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Mechanically inclined with experience using drills, torque wrenches, air tools, and huck guns
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes
