Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Fort Mill, SC to perform a variety of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general housekeeping.

Requirements include at least 1 year of forklift-related experience, ability to lift 25-75 lbs, and comfort working in cold environments. Travel to other Capstone sites may be necessary to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience on Standup Forklift, Sit-down Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker, or Reach Truck.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast paced and physically demanding.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Ability to work in cold environments (Freezer, Cooler, Dry).
• Willing to travel to assist other sites when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and select orders.
• Haul freight and audit shipments.
• Repack, sort, palletize, and perform site housekeeping.
• Support site leadership with assigned duties.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience on at least one of the following: Standup Forklift, Sit-down Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack (Double, Triple), Cherry Picker, OR Reach Truck.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Ability to work in cold environment (Freezer, Cooler, Dry)
• Looking for Candidates Willing to Travel to assist other sites when necessary.
