Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Fairfield, NJ is hiring a Picker/Packer to accurately pick, pack, and process customer sample orders while maintaining inventory organization and a clean, safe warehouse environment. You will also be responsible for meeting productivity targets and adhering to 5S standards.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and reliable transportation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM, with pay starting at $18/hour and potential for temp-to-perm

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking/packing or fulfillment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Location: Fairfield, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

Pay: $18/hour to start | Temp-to-Perm

Important: Public transportation does not go near this warehouse. Reliable transportation is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer sample orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Forklift, order picker, or reach truck experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

Pay increases upon permanent conversion.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
