Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a manufacturing site in Chino, CA. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering $17.00 per hour.

You will perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while using RF scanners and a warehouse management system to ensure accurate inventory movements. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and up to two years in warehouse/logistics, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You'll be:

• Performing general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Moving, handling, and storing materials using designated equipment and procedures.
• Operating RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movements and record transactions.
• Verifying product accuracy, condition, and quality during inbound and outbound processing.
• Preparing orders for shipment by packaging, labeling, and staging materials accurately.
• Supporting inventory control processes, including stock organization and cycle counts.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas while adhering to safety standards.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Have 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related fulfillment environments (preferred).
• Have experience with or willingness to learn RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Can perform physical warehouse tasks, including standing, bending, repetitive movement, and lifting.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and good problem-solving skills.
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and have basic computer skills.
