QPS Employment Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 1st shift position in De Witt, IA. The role involves processing orders, receiving shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. Forklift operation and occasional overhead crane work are part of the duties.

The ideal candidate can stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50–75 lbs, and work well both independently and as part of a team. This is a potential-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

• Use wood cutting tools to package shipments.
• Occasionally operate overhead crane for loading/unloading.
• Light assembly of agricultural machines.
• Maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Position Title: Warehouse Associate Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Process and complete small and large machine orders for customers
• Assist in receiving shipments, verify quantities and quality, and allocate products to proper locations using a fork truck
• Load and unload shipping containers, LTL trucks, and other shipments
• Use wood cutting tools (table saw, drills, etc.) to ensure proper packaging of whole goods shipments
• Occasionally operate overhead crane for loading/unloading trucks
• Perform light assembly of agricultural machines
• Maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements for Warehouse Associate:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repetitively and 60-75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to use hands and fingers to grab, pinch, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
