Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great Warehouse Associate position available at a company in Fenton, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire and a wage of $17.73 per hour. Hours are 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The role involves accurate picking, packing, and shipping using RF barcode scanning, receiving shipments, moving materials with equipment, and performing clerical duties. Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent walking; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Order picking equipment may be used to transport employees up to 40 feet in the air to pull or put away products.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking, packing, and shipping of material using RF barcode scanning equipment.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify for correctness.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Handle the clerical demands of the position.
• Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Pack orders to ensure they arrive undamaged with correct quantities.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify for correctness.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Handle the clerical demands of the position.
• Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Ability to pack orders to ensure they arrive at the customer undamaged with the correct quantity.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Other duties as required.

Warehouse Associate Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Order picking equipment is used to safely transport employees up to 40 feet in the air to pull or put away products.
• The employee is frequently required to walk.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
