Pay Rate: $15.50 - 17.50/hour + Staffmark Incentives!

• One-Time New Hire Bonus: $100 (offered after 80 hours worked)
• Referral Bonus: $100 (offered after the referral works 80 hours)

Schedules available:

• 12-Hour Shift | Days | Sunday-Wednesday | 6 AM-4:30 PM | $15.00
• 12-Hour Shift | Days | Thursday-Saturday | 6 AM-6:30 PM | $15.50
• 12-Hour Shift | Nights | Wednesday-Saturday | 7 PM-5:30 AM | $17.00
• 2-Hour Shift | Nights | Sunday-Tuesday | 5 PM-5:30 AM | $17.50

• Warehouse associates are responsible for various job duties within the warehouse/distribution center.
• These duties include, but are not limited to, assembly of product, order picking, packing, RF scanning of product.
• Applicants must be able to work safely and productively within the warehouse environment and provide high-quality service to our customers through safe, efficient, damage-free, cost-effective, cost effective and accurate storage and handling.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
• Entry-Level.
• Understanding of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate Dallas/DFW.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
