Job summary

Staffmark Group in Coppell, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Hourly pay is $18.00 with a Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule. Candidates should have at least 6 months of warehouse experience, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Steel-toe footwear required and reliable transportation essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a floor scrubber to maintain warehouse cleanliness.

• Support returns processing and material movement.
• Keep docks, workstations, and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal locations.
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.

• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Perform physically active work in a warehouse environment

Additional Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• No headphones permitted on the warehouse floor
• No cell phone use while working
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be available to work the full Monday-Friday schedule with no conflicts
• Willingness to support all warehouse functions as needed
• Must maintain excellent attendance, especially during the first 90 days

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
