Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Plano, TX to receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately while supporting daily warehouse operations.

This full-time, 1st shift role offers $20.00 per hour with potential overtime; you will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, joining a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning basic warehouse systems/scanners (or willing to learn).
• Ability to stand/walk and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming shipments; report damage/shortages.
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately (pick lists and/or scanner).
• Put away inventory and keep stock organized.
• Prep outbound shipments (palletizing, shrink-wrapping, loading).
• Assist with cycle counts/inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Use pallet jacks and (once trained/certified) forklifts or powered equipment.
• Support other warehouse/production tasks as priorities shift.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and on time, while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and getting it right the first time.

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hr

Available Shift Times

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime/weekend work may be required as needed
