Openwork in Dallas, TX is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This temporary 12-week assignment offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and experience with receiving, packing, and processing shipments. Forklift certification is a plus, and familiarity with inventory systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or license preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving.
• Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Ability to verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.

Now Hiring: Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Dallas, TX 75235

Pay Rate: $19 - $21

Assignment Type: Temporary | 12 weeks

Job Summary

We areseeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, pick, pack, label, and stage materials for shipment.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify shipping documents, packing slips, item numbers, and quantities.
• Fulfill orders for field technicians and internal customers.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
• Use inventory management systems to process orders and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all site safety, security, attendance, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or license and safe operating experience, as applicable to the equipment used.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Google Sheets skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive material-handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
