Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Dallas for a 1st shift starting at 6:00 AM. The role involves fast-paced, physical work such as loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning, and other duties as directed by site leadership.

Candidates should be energetic, able to lift 25-75 lbs, and willing to learn. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to travel to different sites within Capstone's network.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25-75 lbs as needed.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials as required.
• Select items, audit, repack, sort, palletize and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform duties assigned by site leadership and support operations.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
