Warehouse Associate

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 6:30am - 12:00pm
MON WED FRI 6:30am - 5:00pm
15 - 28 hours/week

Overview:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility and engage in inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is for our branch located at 805 S Abell St, Creston, IA 50801.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain branch inventory.
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts of inventory.
3. Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

Required Position Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements.
3. Proficient in written and oral communication.
4. Proficient computer skills.
5. Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing skills.
7. Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
8. Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team.
10. Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
11. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 25-75 lbs.
12. Pass drug screening and sex offender registry check where applicable.

Preferred Position Qualifications:

• Experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory.
