Job summary

Fyda Freightliner Columbus is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory control in Columbus, OH. You will pull items, stage them for delivery, operate handling equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and the capacity to work quickly in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.
• Successful pass of a pre-hire background screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders by pulling correct items to accurately fill orders.
• Stage pulled items correctly for delivery or pick up.
• Safely operate handling equipment to meet team fulfillment goals.
• Meet all safety requirements including wearing proper PPE.
• Comfortable working with heights.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow inventory control process to keep accurate records.
• Communicate with team/management to create a productive and positive work environment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Complete additional duties, as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Columbus, Oh - West Jefferson, OH 43162, Fyda Freightliner Columbus is an Elite Support Certified dealer of new Freightliner trucks and Crane Carrier vocational severe-service vehicles, and carries a large inventory of all-makes of pre-owned trucks. Fyda Freightliner Columbus is the largest retailer of new and used Expediters in the United States. Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop.
